Return Policy

Products are not returnable. We do not accept order cancellations or requests to return product. Exceptions may exist as specified by the Terms and Conditions for identified commercial clients. Returns by commercial clients are not accepted without prior written approval from COI. Our approval may be conditioned upon the repayment of an applicable restocking fee. In the event a warranty claim is accepted, COI may replace or repair the product at our discretion. Parts and labour are covered under warranty. Pick up and return delivery of warranty product is subject to additional costs.
